Modal Path Ethics is Slowing Down

Just six short days ago, I announced that Modal Path Ethics was slowing down.

The plan was simple: I will post just one article a day, one argument, one direction, stop assaulting every available topic that appears in my feed, finish the next book so I can stop writing books for a while, and preserve what precious little remains of my hands.
Unfortunately, things keep happening.
Too many things.
Artificial intelligence, politics, Psychology Today, datacenters, mathematics, religion, robots, whatever the hell Silicon Valley is doing this afternoon: at some point maintaining an official editorial policy of please wait several weeks until I am done with my current thought starts feeling almost irresponsible. Dangerous.
So the official slowdown is officially canceled.
Modal Path Ethics will still try to stay on the road toward the next book. That argument is still the main road, and the site will stay on it as much as possible.
There are simply going to be branches again.
Regularly scheduled side investigations, emergency interventions, bad machines, worse plans, institutional failures, and other things I cannot possibly leave alone may resume whenever reality earns that.
I really did try.
The next actual "milestone" is September 15, when modalpathethics.com turns five months old, which is exceptionally true. I am going to celebrate this incredible happening by finally writing the genealogy of this entire project: where exactly all this shit came from, which ideas devoured which other ideas and transmuted themselves into books, games, software, geopolitical analysis, metaphysics, artificial intelligence research, and whatever category this website currently belongs to.
Until then, the main argument continues.
Along with everything else.
